The next tournament is on Sunday 20th August in Westergate, just north of Bognor.It is being hosted by the Barbarians at the Six Villages Sports Centre.We'd like to be able to enter 2 teams in this tournament but that really depends on people coming forward and supporting their team and teammates. Let me know here or by text if you intend to play. We need to know for sure by training next Sunday.On that note, its vitally important that we all turn up for training next week as its our last opportunity to practice together and implement anything new before the tournament.cheers

For any of you wondering, both Adam and Andy are fine after their collision today. No concussions but cuts in his lips and a headache for Andy and a multi-coloured shiner for Adam. But boy, will they both ache tomorrow!

Man, I should never have joked about the bus...that was one hell of a journey to Leicester and back!For those who were not there, I could have outrun the bus on some of the hills on our trip - I think 3rd and 4th gear disapp...actually 2nd and most of 1st gear disappeared a loooong time ago.Huge thanks to Thierry for organising the bus and HUGE thanks for Lena (mrs thierry) for driving us there and back - it was much appreciated.I think the acceleration of the bus was an omen - as it wasn't the only thing not firing on all cylinders that day.My apologies to everyone on the team that weekend for the shocking day I had 'receiving'. Sharks on Tour this Sunday!Thierry has managed to acquire us a team bus for this Sunday's trip to Leicester. Just a reminder everyone - the next tournament is fast approaching. It will be held on Sunday 30th July at the Belgrave Rugby Club in Leicester.It's been a little while since we last competed, so it will be good to have a strong showing. We'd like to send at least a Sharks team, but a Thespians team too if we can muster enough players.I know its a bit of a drive and not as convenient as home games, but let's not be a fair-weather team - lets support our fellow teams and the league by attending the other tournaments.
