Sharks on Tour this Sunday!
Thierry has managed to acquire us a team bus for this Sunday’s trip to Leicester. It’s costing £79 plus fuel so it will probably cost us £10-12 each – a bargain for the round trip.
Can you make sure you bring the money on Sunday as we’ll need to pay back Thierry straight away to avoid him being out of pocket.
Departure time from the car park is 8.15am on Sunday. Please do not be late!
Things to bring:
- dark t-shirt/game-shirt (just in case someone else is in white)
- plenty of water
- sun lotion (forecast to be 23c but could get hot)
- food
- a winning belief
It’s important we get a good turn out this weekend so we can build on the great result (4-0) at the last tournament. A strong showing here can put us in contention for a Final Four place at the end of the season and chance to win the league.

As there aren’t enough players this time to have a 2nd team, any Thespians that attend will get to play with the Sharks. We’ll try to give everyone a reasonable amount of playing time but as there will be some tough games this weekend, we can’t guarantee exactly how much. Your support for team mates will be essential though.

By the way, if Ewan or Michael want to come watch or you have a friend or other half who wants to come too, we have a few extra spaces left on the bus. Let me know.

No idea on the shirts yet Billy. Bring a white top just in case. I’ll post here if I get word from Neil in the next couple of days.

After contacting them they said the shirts would be here yesterday. A parcel was delivered to my next door neighbour yesterday but I haven’t had a a chance to get it yet so hopefully its the shirts.
