Player Stats – Up to Game 2

So two games are in the books but we've got a long way still to go. Whilst we started with two losses, everyone that travelled put everything into the games. Those competing on the day were: Neil Henderson Dave Lee Gary Robinson Pete Steel Scott Wilson Simon Merton Justin Handley Speaking of the two disappointing losses QB and offensive coordinator Neil Henderson said "Things just didn’t go our way, the windy conditions didn’t help and luck just wasn’t on our side. Player Stats Updated

Following this weekend's games we have a new leading scorer for the Sharks. Well done to Tom Newbery- to date he has scored 9 TDs and 10 XP - a total of 64 points. He takes over the top spot from Sean Wasley (52 pts), who only saw limited action this weekend as he recovers from mumps. Check the new player stats tables here. Neil is now both the leading scorer on defense with 9 pts (1 safety and an interception return) and joint leader in interceptions (shared with Ricardo on 3). Updated Player Stats

I've finally got round to adding up all those touchdowns we've been scoring and added a new Player Stats section to the site. Take a look to find out who tops the different categories. No prizes for guessing who is leading the QB stats, but who do you think is our leading scorer so far? There are four receivers with more than 5 TDs. And yes, that's not a typo - we do have a rushing score! Last and certainly by no means least, the D is looking pretty special so far - 2 TDs, 10 interceptions and 3 safeties! So who will be leading come seasons end??!
