Thanks for a good training session guys. I thought i was gonna chuck after those running drills at the start. I thought it was a really prodctive session. Was nice to get some pads on too for a bit.

good job guys we felt the running drills had been going to the back ground a bit but great effort.remember train hard win easy.will bring the pads along wednesday but that wont be taking the place of proper training its just something we wanted to try to improve the catching and it also makes the guys who havent played kitted get a bit more of an idea of what it is like.fun eh!!!!sean
